Ararat Mirzoyan Issues Statement on Nomination of Constitutional Court Judge
Ararat Mirzoyan has issued a statement regarding the nomination of a judge for the Constitutional Court, which states in particular:
“In accordance with the first part of Article 166 and the third part of Article 213 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, the Government of the Republic of Armenia has nominated Edgar Shatiryana as a candidate for the position of judge of the Constitutional Court,” said the Speaker of the National Assembly, Ararat Mirzoyan, in his statement.
