Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jayhun Bayramov on Official Visit to Russia
Azerbaijan's newly appointed Foreign Minister Jayhun Bayramov has traveled to Russia on an official visit, according to APA agency.
The Press Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported that meetings are planned with several high-ranking officials in Russia during the visit.
As previously mentioned, the day before, Bayramov had outlined the topics to be discussed with his Russian counterpart, Sergey Lavrov, with the resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict being a primary focus.
Additionally, Bayramov emphasized the topic of Russian arms supplies to Armenia.
Responding to a question about a potential meeting with Zohrab Mnatsakanyan, Bayramov indicated that the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group wish to organize such a meeting between the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan this autumn.
