Agreement on Upgrading Su-25 Signed
An agreement for the modernization and repair of the Su-25 has been signed between the Armenian Ministry of Defense and Russia's United Aircraft Corporation on August 23. The contract was signed at the Patriot Convention and Exhibition Center during the Army-2020 International Military-Technical Forum.
The document was signed by Deputy Minister of Defense of Armenia Makar Ghambaryan and Ilya Tarasenko, Deputy Director for Sales and Marketing of United Aircraft Corporation. The agreement established during the Army-2020 forum confirms the United Aircraft Corporation's authority to modernize aviation technology and maintain the entire life cycle of previously released aircraft.
