‘Zhokhovurd’. A Meeting Was Held at Kindergartens Yesterday: What Instructions Were Given to Educators
‘Zhokhovurd’ newspaper reports: ‘Zhokhovurd’ has learned that many heads of preschool institutions held a meeting yesterday to understand how to organize the work of kindergartens. The matter is that there is an instruction in place for both schools and preschool institutions stating that older educators and caretakers should stay home to avoid contracting the coronavirus, as they belong to a risk group. In this situation, the management wanted to understand how many educators fall into this age category and what risks exist if operations are organized in this manner.
According to our information, educators have already been cautioned that groups should consist of a maximum of 12 children, prioritizing those whose both parents are working. This means that in cases where only one parent is employed, many children may be excluded due to group capacity. This circumstance has already triggered complaints from many parents.
In any case, educators will need to submit a list soon indicating the maximum number of groups that can be formed based on the requirement of both parents working. Additionally, it should be noted that according to a new decision by the Head of the State, there should be a maximum of 12 children in each group.
