Armenia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs Monitors Turkey's Illegal Actions and Supports Greece and Cyprus
The Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued a statement regarding recent developments in the Eastern Mediterranean, stating:
“We are closely monitoring the recent developments in the Aegean and Eastern Mediterranean regions due to Turkey's illegal and provocative actions, as well as its naval mobilization. This destabilizing posture in the Eastern Mediterranean highlights Turkey's consistently aggressive and expansionist policy in its neighboring regions.
We reaffirm Armenia's unconditional support and solidarity with Greece and Cyprus, and we call on Turkey to take steps towards de-escalation, to respect international law, and to cease all activities in the exclusive economic zones of Greece and Cyprus.”
