We Will Continue on Our Path of Economic Growth: Pashinyan
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has given an interview to BBC's 'Hard Talk' program. During the interview, he addressed the economic situation in our country. According to him, in 2019, Armenia experienced the highest economic growth in Europe.
The Prime Minister noted that besides economic success, our country made significant progress in all international rankings regarding democracy, freedom of speech, independence of the judiciary, and anti-corruption policies.
“For two years, international reputable publications recognized Armenia as the country of the year not only in terms of democracy but also in economic indicators. Certainly, the situation caused by the pandemic disrupted our flight, but we will continue on our path of economic growth,” Pashinyan said.
