Ararat Mirzoyan on Mane Tandilyan’s Resignation Request
According to Article 155, Part 1 of the "Regulations of the National Assembly" constitutional law, Mane Tandilyan, a Member of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, submitted a resignation request on August 14. This statement was made by the Chairman of the National Assembly, Ararat Mirzoyan.
In accordance with Part 2 of Article 155 of the "Regulations of the National Assembly" constitutional law, if the deputy withdraws their resignation in writing within one week of the public announcement of the resignation, the Chairman of the National Assembly will issue a statement regarding this. If the resignation request is not withdrawn, a record of the cessation of their powers will be prepared, which is to be signed and published by the Chairman of the National Assembly. From the moment of the publication of the record, the resignation is considered accepted," stated the announcement from the Chairman of the RA National Assembly.
