Gunshots in Yerevan: Detained Individual Claims He Did Not Fire Shots
On August 7, gunshots were heard in Yerevan. Around 00:30, the Malatia police department received a call reporting gunfire on Daniel Varujan Street.
According to Shamshyan.com, an operational group from the Malatia police department arrived at the scene, led by the duty officer.
Police determined that a resident of one of the private houses on the street, 38-year-old Hrayer N., had fired several shots from a hunting rifle, grossly violating public order. However, he later stated at the Malatia police department that he did not fire any shots.
