The incident occurred when Zaroyan, driving a Toyota with license plate 008 HH 01, encountered a failure with a towing vehicle driven by 42-year-old Samvel Harutyunyan from Aragatsotn region. Zaroyan reportedly demanded the towing vehicle give way but was met with a refusal due to technical issues.
