Wilford Brimley, the American actor, has passed away at the age of 85 in his home in Utah. In his final days, the artist underwent dialysis procedures in the hospital's intensive care unit and complained of feeling unwell.
Brimley began his cinematic career in the 1970s and appeared in over 70 films. He is well-known for his roles in films such as 'The China Syndrome', 'Cocoon', and others. Brimley also featured in several popular commercials in the United States.
The actor was diagnosed with diabetes in 1979. After undergoing treatment, he spoke openly about his condition and became an activist for the American Diabetes Association.
