Ruben Hayrapetyan Involved as a Defendant in Criminal Case at the Special Investigative Service
Former president of the Football Federation of Armenia, Ruben Hayrapetyan, has been involved as a defendant in a criminal case being investigated by the Special Investigative Service. This information was reported by Hetq.am.
Hayrapetyan has been charged under Article 214, Part 2, and Article 308, Part 2 of the Criminal Code for abuse of power by officials of commercial or other organizations, which has caused serious consequences, and for inciting the abuse of official power.
The case pertains to alleged abuses during the organization and conduct of public auctions (tenders and auctions) concerning state and community properties belonging to the Yerevan city municipality.
