Four Residents of Zartonq Village Arrested on Suspicion of Hooliganism
On July 27, 2020, at 3:45 PM, a report was received regarding the supporters of the former village mayor of Zartonq who vandalized the vehicles of the village head and the deputy, as well as injuring the deputy's hand. This information was provided by the Information and Public Relations Department of the Investigative Committee of Armenia.
As a result of the measures taken, it was clarified that on the same day, around 3:30 PM, a conflict occurred in front of a food store located on 1st Street of Zartonq village, where the deputy of the village mayor argued with the former village mayor and his supporters. During the confrontation and ensuing brawl, both sides inflicted injuries on each other using wooden sticks, metal pipes, and stones.
