The InfoTecka 24 portal has published a video where two Azerbaijanis discuss the mechanism for conducting nighttime attacks on Armenians in Moscow. The conversation was shared on Instagram by a user named Kamil Zeynalov, who reportedly lives in Baku.

In the recording, Zeynalov calls for violence against Armenians, assuring that there will be no repercussions for such actions. He states, “My brothers, spill Armenian blood, no matter what happens, you will be sent back to Azerbaijan. You will return to Azerbaijan as a man. Are you listening, brother? Cut off the heads of Armenians, our president is with us.”
