In response to inquiries and publications regarding two phone numbers coded by Viva-MTS, the company finds it necessary to inform that the aforementioned numbers were provided to a legal entity for the purpose of conducting professional sociological surveys.

Viva-MTS assures that its server and network systems are fully protected against hacking attacks in accordance with the requirements of the ISO/IEC 27001/2013 international standard for information security management.

As previously mentioned, the provided numbers were used for survey purposes, and the server and network systems have not been subjected to any hacking attacks, remain unharmed, and continue to operate smoothly.

It is also worth recalling that the National Security Service (NSS) had earlier issued a statement urging citizens not to respond to calls from the phone numbers 094397595 and 093527208.
