Another Victory in the ‘Resolution War’: Artsakh Mine Clearance Program Approved
Americanist Suren Sargsyan wrote on his Facebook page: ‘Another victory in the “Resolution War”: The Artsakh mine clearance program has been approved. Armenian organizations have succeeded in securing the approval of the Artsakh mine clearance program in the U.S. House of Representatives. Azerbaijan has been working unprecedentedly actively against this program in all possible directions. After its approval in the Senate, it will go to the president for signing. Currently, the chances of preserving the program are high. This is a remarkable victory for our side, as the U.S. National Security Council was seriously working with the Azerbaijanis to halt the program. There is still work to be done in the Senate, which I am confident the two Armenian organizations will accomplish successfully.’
