Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov has informed reporters that Russian President Vladimir Putin has not received the coronavirus vaccine. “No, no. The vaccine is not yet certified. In the case of the head of state, I think it is not quite right to receive a non-certified vaccine,” he stated in response to a question about whether the president had been vaccinated against the coronavirus.
