Two Bombs Detonate in Afghanistan, Casualties Reported
Five law enforcement officers have been killed and four others injured following the explosions of two bombs placed along the roads in Afghanistan.
One of the explosions occurred in the Surubi district of Paktika province on Sunday morning. The incident resulted in the death of the local police chief and three of his officers.
The second explosion took place in the Shahr-e Safa district of southern Zabul province. The local police chief was killed in this blast, and four of his personnel sustained injuries and were transported to the hospital.
