Car Falls on Train Track; Injuries Reported
On July 18, at 20:45, the National Center for Crisis Management received a report that a car had gone off the roadway near the bridge in Dsegh, close to the mill. It was determined that a BMW vehicle (driver: Artyom H., born in 1987) lost control on the 29th km of the Vanadzor-Alaverdi highway and fell approximately 10 meters onto the train track below.
As a result of the incident, both the driver and a passenger (Narek H., born in 1990) were extricated from the vehicle by local residents and transported to the Vanadzor Medical Center, where doctors assessed their health condition as satisfactory.
Rescue workers used special equipment to remove the car from the train track.
