Adversary Successfully Spread Misinformation Among Specific Subscribers: Ucom's Clarification

In the early morning hours, the adversary managed to spread misinformation among certain subscribers by infiltrating the system of one of the small VAS (Value-Added Services) operators collaborating with mobile communication operators. This was reported by Ucom.

“As already noted by the Ministry of Defense of Armenia, this is yet another piece of misinformation from the adversary. We are in constant communication with the VAS operator, whose specialists are working to enhance the security of their system. According to the VAS operator, all subscribers who received the misinformation have already received a denial sent by them,” the statement reads.
