A Total of 36 Injured, But Most Have Recovered: Arzrun Hovhannisyan
During a meeting with journalists, the representative of the Ministry of Defense, Arzrun Hovhannisyan, stated that there are no discrepancies in the information released by the Ministry of Defense and the National Security Service regarding the injured.
“There is no real contradiction in the numbers. A total of 36 cases have been reported. Most of the injured have recovered and required no intervention; the soldiers quickly returned to duty. Medical assistance was provided to 20 servicemen. This is the statistics, simply investigative bodies conduct proceedings for any injury, even minor ones, and their statistics often appear higher in numbers,” Hovhannisyan stated.
