Russia Works with Armenia and Azerbaijan to Prevent Further Escalation of Tensions

The Russian Foreign Ministry and Defense Ministry are working with Armenia and Azerbaijan to prevent further escalation of the situation along the Armenian-Azerbaijani border. This was stated by Maria Zakharova, spokesperson for the Russian Foreign Ministry.

In response to a question about the likelihood of the Russian Foreign Minister holding meetings with the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan against the backdrop of this tension, Zakharova noted that if such meetings are organized, they will be informed in a timely manner.
