Internal Pressure Puts Ilham Aliyev in a Difficult Position, Tigran Abrahamyan

The former advisor to the President of Artsakh, Tigran Abrahamyan, wrote on his Facebook page: "We have already noted that the situation in Azerbaijan and the internal pressure formed against the authorities have put Ilham Aliyev in a rather difficult position. In order to escape from the current situation, the Azerbaijani leadership is resorting to desperate measures that lead nowhere, resulting in new operations being launched towards Tavush after nearly a day of pause. The Armenian armed forces have dealt heavy blows to Azerbaijani firing points and to Azerbaijani forces that have moved towards our border."
