Azerbaijan's Return to the Negotiation Table Still Not Guaranteed: Tigran Abrahamyan
In recent days, the dynamics of combat actions in Tavush have shown signs of decreasing, but this does not mean that, after a relative lull, they will not manifest in another form or direction. This was stated by Tigran Abrahamyan, the head of the 'Henaket' analytical center and former advisor to the President of Artsakh on security issues, on his Facebook page.
'The thing is that the root causes of this situation have not been eliminated, and Azerbaijan's return to the negotiation table is still not guaranteed. Even under the conditions of return, there is no guarantee that it will not be another imitative process and that it will not lead to new aggression,' he wrote.
It is worth recalling that earlier, the spokesperson for the Armenian Ministry of Defense, Shushan Stepanyan, wrote on her Facebook page: 'The operational situation along the Armenian-Azerbaijani state border remains calm. Isolated shots have been recorded from the Azerbaijani side.'
