Azerbaijan Provoked Disproportionate Actions from the Armed Forces of Armenia: Tigran Abrahamyan
The former advisor to the President of Artsakh, Tigran Abrahamyan, stated on his Facebook page: "By targeting Armenian settlements, Azerbaijan has effectively provoked the Armed Forces of Armenia into disproportionate actions. As a result, Azerbaijan has suffered losses of over a dozen personnel, technical means, UAVs, and various types of armored and military equipment, both mobile and stationary."
