Azerbaijani Man Detained for Illegal Border Crossing with Personal Belongings
The National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia has issued a statement regarding an Azerbaijani individual illegally crossing the state's border.
“On June 12, at around 10:00 AM, a 26-year-old Azerbaijani national was apprehended on suspicion of illegally crossing the state border of Armenia in the northeastern direction of the contact line between the armed forces of Armenia and Azerbaijan. He was found to have a bag with personal belongings. Currently, investigations are underway to clarify all circumstances of the illegal border crossing,” the statement noted.
