Tigran Avinyan Presents His Declaration
The Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia, Tigran Avinyan, has presented his annual declaration for the year 2019. This information was provided by the Anti-Corruption Committee.
Avinyan has declared a garage received as a gift in 2014, located in the Kentron administrative district, of which he is the owner. He has not declared any vehicles or securities.
Regarding his bank accounts, he declared 1,651,000 AMD at the beginning of the year, which had decreased to 4,365 AMD by the end of the year. At the start of the year, he declared 2,760 USD, but he had 0 USD by the year's end.
Avinyan also declared 2 Bitcoins, currently valued at over 19,000 USD. As for his salary as Deputy Prime Minister, Tigran Avinyan indicated it to be 19,635,000 AMD.
It should be noted that the salary calculation coefficient for the Deputy Prime Minister is set at 16, and the monthly salary amounts to 1,058,240 AMD, which totals to an annual salary of 12,699,000 AMD. This implies that Avinyan's bonus amounts to 6,936,000 AMD.
Tigran Avinyan's wife, Mariam Pahlavuni, has declared 280,000 AMD in her account, along with a salary of 3,668,000 AMD.
