More than 500 ambulance staff received bonuses: Stepanian
More than 500 staff members of Yerevan's ambulance service received bonuses during April and May. This was stated by the director of the ambulance company, Taguhi Stepanian, in a conversation with Sputnik Armenia.
"More than 500 ambulance staff have already received bonuses for both April and May. I don’t know who specifically contacted Arman Abovyan. However, he could have clarified this with us," Stepanian noted in the interview.
According to her, the amount of the bonus ranges from 100,000 to 150,000 drams.
Previously, Prosperous Armenia party MP Arman Abovyan had reported on his Facebook page that one of the ambulance drivers called him and stated that none of the staff received bonuses this month. In response to the MP's post, advisor to the Minister of Health Ashot Sargsyan confirmed on his Facebook page that Health Minister Arsen Torosyan plans to allocate bonuses to ambulance workers for both the previous month and May.
