There must be very clear principles of professional advancement that operate irreversibly. At the foundation of this advancement must be work, professionalism, and dedication to addressing the constitutional and legislative issues of the National Security Service and ensuring the national security of Armenia in all areas.

Unfortunately, there are still individuals in many state management bodies who act contrary to this logic and interests, and to do so, they sometimes abuse interagency solidarity.

This was stated by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan while introducing the new director to the leadership of the NSS.
