Masis Resident Engages in Fish Farming Without Water Use Permit
The staff of the Environmental and Mining Inspection Body of the Republic of Armenia discovered on June 4 that Tevan Tadevosyan, a resident of the city of Masis in the Ararat Province, is engaged in fish farming without the required water use permit.
Tadevosyan conducted water extraction from a dry area located within the administrative territory of the Hovtashat community in the same province, violating the provisions of Article 21 of the RA Water Code. An administrative proceeding has been initiated.
