Facebook user Mesrop Mesropyan has raised an alarm: ‘21st century. The X-ray room at Arshakunyats Polyclinic in Yerevan, under the municipality, resembles a barn, and the X-ray machine is likely from the 1950s. Meanwhile, the municipality’s funds are being squandered in the form of bonuses. This is one of the ways to humiliate and degrade proud citizens of Armenia.’
