Citizen Attempts Suicide by Jumping from Kiev Bridge, Hospitalized

On June 7, at 16:36, the National Crisis Management Center received a report that a citizen was attempting to commit suicide by jumping from the Kiev Bridge. This was reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations' press service.

A fire and rescue team from the Emergency Situations Ministry's Yerevan rescue department was dispatched to the scene. Before rescuers reached the location, the individual had jumped from the bridge.

Rescue workers approached the citizen and transferred them to an ambulance. The injured person has been hospitalized at Armenia Medical Center.
