The Stall Installed in the Busy Section of Margarayan Street Will Be Dismantled: Hakob Karapetyan
The spokesperson of the Yerevan Municipality, Hakob Karapetyan, has made a post on his Facebook page announcing that the stall installed on Margarayan Street will be dismantled.
“Following the alert raised by member of the Yerevan Council 'My Step' faction, Gayane Yeghiazaryan, the unauthorized stall located in the busy section of Margarayan Street will be dismantled. Mayor Hayk Marutyan has instructed the head of the Ajapnyak administrative district to also check the documentation of nearby stalls and take the appropriate actions. Thank you to Ms. Yeghiazaryan for the alert. Thanks also to David Khajakyan from the 'Light' faction of the council for addressing the issue during his livestream, even if it was somewhat distorted,” he wrote.
It is worth noting that attempts to install unauthorized stalls in the past two years included one last year near the Youth Metro station. Like this one, that stall lasted only a few days. If you know of other instances, please report them,” he added.
