The 'Pasts' newspaper reports: 'Recently, information spread that several TV channels (including '5th Channel', 'Shogakat', and 'A TV') have ceased broadcasting in Artsakh. The responsible officials from Artsakh claimed that the issue is technical, but they could not specify when it would be resolved. However, many in both Artsakh and Armenia perceived intent behind this, especially in connection with the '5th Channel'. Notably, despite the official mention of 'technical reasons', some government satellite entities enthusiastically reacted, asserting that 'the revolution is winning' in Artsakh. This implies that the victory of the 'revolution' is associated with the activity of a certain media outlet or even with the mere cessation of broadcasting in that local area.

The 'Pasts' newspaper's sources in Artsakh assert that this is an examination of public moods, to see what reaction will be elicited, with the intent to implement more total measures in the future, not only regarding the blocking of a television channel's broadcasts.'
