In response to the observation that former NSS Director Arthur Vanetsyan claimed there are discussions about a 43 billion dram return to the state budget, while no money has entered the budget from controversial cases since his resignation, Edward Martirosyan remarked, 'Mr. Vanetsyan probably isn’t aware of how much money has entered the state budget since his dismissal: several billion drams.'
