It Deserves Serious Attention: Doctor Patrickyan

The coronavirus is a rather serious disease, and we must be very cautious regarding it, said David Patrickyan, the head of the Neurosurgery Department at Armenia Medical Center, during a press briefing today. He himself has contracted and recovered from this illness.

“It deserves serious attention. Of course, it is easier for young people, but they infect older family members. The treatment of the latter is very labor-intensive and sometimes impossible,” the doctor noted.

The speaker urged the population to wear masks and gloves, maintain social distancing, and stated that if the rules are adhered to from this moment on, it will be possible to overcome the coronavirus infection by the end of June.
