About 100 Infected Cases in the Police System, Chief of Police
During a press briefing at the National Assembly, the Chief of Police of Armenia, Arman Sargsyan, addressed the number of coronavirus cases within the police system at the request of journalists. In response to the question of how many police officers are infected, Arman Sargsyan replied, “I don’t know how permissible it is to say… about 100, but that 100 is related to the number of those in isolation.”
The Chief of Police also informed that the condition of the infected individuals is stable and normal. “We have had cases where the situation was severe, but now they have recovered,” added the Chief of Police.
