Search Warrant Issued for Former Minister Gagik Beglaryan's Brother
According to SHAMSHYAN.com, a search warrant has been issued by the Malatia police department for Yuri Beglaryan, a 59-year-old resident of Khorenatsi Street in Yerevan.
Sources indicate that the warrant is based on Article 308, Part 2 (abuse of official powers resulting in serious consequences) and Article 310 (illegal participation in entrepreneurial activities) of the Armenian Criminal Code.
Sources also report that the wanted Yuriy Beglaryan is the brother of Gagik Beglaryan, the former Minister of Transport and Communications.
