Special Checkpoints Continue to Operate for Artsakh Police
According to information provided by the Artsakh Republic Police, due to the state of emergency, special measures have been implemented to ensure restrictions on the rights of free movement of individuals and to monitor the movement of vehicles. Starting from May 13, 2020, four special checkpoints have been established in the Shushi region, where police services are being carried out.
To prevent vehicles traveling on the Martakert-Vardenis interstate road from stopping in the communities of Charektar, Nor Erkeg, Dadivank, Yeghhegnut, Nor Kharkhaput, Khnaravan, and Havashtag in the Shushi region of the Artsakh Republic, regulations have been set by the Artsakh police to ensure the enforcement of restrictions on the rights of free movement due to the state of emergency.
