13-Year-Old Girl Victimized in Gyumri Discharged from Hospital
The Mayor of Yerevan, Hayk Marutyan, made the following post on his Facebook page: "We received good news on International Children’s Day from the 'Holy Mother of God' Medical Center. 13-year-old Nazeli, who suffered inhumane violence in Gyumri this February, has recovered after a long treatment and is ready to be discharged from the hospital. Thank you to the dedicated medical staff. I am confident that our Nazeli is waiting for a peaceful and successful life surrounded by caring and loving people.
On her behalf, I wish all our children a carefree and secure childhood, quality education, and bright prospects. As adults, we will strive to ensure the best future for our children. Congratulations!"
