Starting June 1, Armenian citizens with regular passports will be able to travel to China without obtaining visas, MFA
On May 31, the temporary suspension period of the agreement on the mutual abolition of visa requirements for persons holding regular passports between the governments of Armenia and China will end. Starting June 1, Armenian citizens holding regular passports will have the right to travel to China without obtaining visas, as reported by the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Armenia.
The MFA urges Armenian citizens to plan trips to China only in cases of strict urgency. “At the same time, we would like to inform you that in case of planning a visit, Armenian citizens must fill out a relevant health declaration before traveling to China and undergo a mandatory 14-day quarantine at designated locations upon arrival in China, at their own expense,” states the press release from the MFA of Armenia.
