All Roads in Armenia Are Passable: Lars Open Only for Freight Vehicles

The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that as of May 29 at 08:45, the roadways within the territory of Armenia are mostly passable. According to information received from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the Emergency Situations Ministry of the Russian Federation's North Ossetia Crisis Management Center, due to the state of emergency, the Stepantsminda-Lars roadway is open only for freight transport.

Based on information from the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the decision to prohibit foreign nationals from entering Georgia remains in effect. The ban does not apply to freight transport.
