A Number of Public Food Establishments, Including 'GNTUNIK', Suspended for 24 Hours
Based on violations recorded during ongoing inspections conducted by specialists of the Food Safety Inspection Body, and in accordance with the decision No. 95 made by the Prime Minister of Armenia on May 27, operations of the following public food establishments have been suspended for 24 hours as of today, May 29, 2020:
- Rosa Mkrtchyan LLC, Vedi city, Ararat province, Tumanyan 3/1
- Mariam Muradova LLC, Sardarapat village, Armavir province
- Arnak Petrosyan LLC, Armavir city, Republic 37
- Elena Sargsyan LLC, Echmiadzin city, Armavir province, Mashtots 6a
- GNTUNIK LLC, Aparan city, Aragatsotn province, Baghramyan 39
- Hamlet Abrahamyan LLC, Getap village, Vayots Dzor province, Yerevan highway 7
- Hermine Mikichyan LLC, Archis village, Tavush province
- Knyaz Pharos LLC, Akhuryan village, Shirak province, Gyumri highway 11
These entrepreneurs have violated the sanitary-hygienic requirements established by the Prime Minister, including not maintaining social distancing at tables and among individuals, failing to keep records of temperature checks for customers, and not having designated bins for masks and gloves near the general entrance, restroom, and kitchen entrances. Should these violators repeat their offenses, the duration of the suspension may be extended.
Overall, as a result of inspections conducted by the Inspection Bodies, the operations of 1,156 organizations have been suspended for 24 hours for violating the norms set by the Prime Minister, with a total of 17,572 inspections carried out to date.
