"It's a madhouse": Ararat Mirzoyan about the high spirits in the National Assembly
The Speaker of the National Assembly, Ararat Mirzoyan, read the lengthy name of one of the draft laws during the voting, prompting applause from the deputies. The hall burst into laughter.
"It's a madhouse," Mirzoyan responded with a smile.
It later became clear that Arman Abovyan, the secretary of the Prosperous Armenia faction, was giving flowers to Karine Poghosyan, as it was her birthday. Mirzoyan echoed once again, "Could it be those roses you gave?"
