Next Flight from Los Angeles-Amsterdam-Minsk-Yerevan on May 30
On May 23, an additional 56 Armenian citizens traveled from Los Angeles to Yerevan via the Los Angeles-Amsterdam-Minsk-Yerevan route. Thanks to the joint efforts of the Consulate General of Armenia in Los Angeles and the Embassy of Armenia in the Netherlands, it has been possible to connect the flights of two airlines.
According to the Consulate General of Armenia in Los Angeles, due to agreements reached with the airlines KLM and Belavia, Armenian citizens do not require a Schengen visa when transiting through Amsterdam and can use the transit area.
This route for the return of Armenian citizens to Armenia has been organized since May 2, with flights occurring weekly. A total of 121 Armenian citizens have already returned.
Consulate General staff provide support at Los Angeles International Airport before each flight and inform departing passengers about the requirement for self-isolation upon arrival in Armenia according to the directives of the Armenian authorities.
The next flight from Los Angeles-Amsterdam-Minsk-Yerevan is scheduled for May 30.
