The President of Artsakh, Araik Harutyunyan, met today, May 25, with the acting Minister of Defense and Commander of the Defense Army, Jalal Harutyunyan, to discuss a number of priority issues regarding the consistent enhancement of the country's defense capabilities and the socio-economic challenges faced by servicemen. “Emphasizing the urgency of resolving these issues, I highlighted that tangible steps will be taken in the near future to provide housing to those on the waiting list of the Defense Army earlier than scheduled,” he wrote.
