The Defense Army Commander Hands Over Housing Purchase Certificates to Soldiers

Military personnel registered on the housing list of the Defense Army, who have been discharged from reserve service, have started receiving housing purchase certificates in accordance with a decision by the Artsakh government and the order of the Minister of Defense. According to the Artsakh Defense Army, the first 21 beneficiaries received the long-awaited certificates on May 23 from the Minister of Defense and Commander of the Defense Army, Major General Jalal Harutyunyan.

The army commander expressed gratitude to those present for their years of efficient service, congratulated them, and assured that the housing issues of both active and discharged military personnel will continue to remain under the constant attention of the country's leadership and the army command.

It should be noted that in the near future, the program will include a much larger number of former servicemen.
