The Minister of Health of Armenia, Arsen Torosyan, has addressed the situation regarding COVID-19 on his Facebook page: "351 new cases reported on Sunday. A total of 4,823 cases. 2,718 active cases. Over 100 severe and extremely severe cases. 61 deaths. 1.3% mortality rate."
