91 People Recovered from Coronavirus in Shirak Province

In Shirak province, the number of people recovered from coronavirus has reached 91, with 27 citizens discharged from the Gyumri Infectious Diseases Hospital over the past two days. As of May 18, there are 45 patients being treated for coronavirus in the infectious diseases hospital, 38 of whom are residents of Shirak province. Additionally, 26 patients are being treated in the capital.

The regional administration reports that 62 patients with asymptomatic cases have been transferred to hotels for observation. Currently, 161 citizens in Shirak province are under isolation or self-isolation measures.

Since March 1, a total of 1,567 samples have been taken in the province's healthcare facilities and the regional center of the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention. Between May 12 and 17, 244 tests were conducted in Gyumri.
