Individuals Engaged in Car Buying and Selling Face a Problem: Edmon Marukyan

“I have been approached by individuals involved in car buying and selling. They report that the buying and selling of cars has come to a standstill, with numerous entities unable to register the cars they have sold because the relevant units of the police are not performing these functions.

Currently, these individuals are facing a problem where buyers either want their down payments back or wish to receive the cars, while sellers cannot trust a stranger with a vehicle without a registration.

The complainants also report that they are unable to register cars through the police’s online platform because the site is not working. I urge the government to address this issue and to ensure, as promptly as possible, the implementation of the necessary state functions, whether online or through other means.”
