COVID-19 Confirmed in Armenian Journalist
Armenpress journalist Norayr Shogikyan has tested positive for COVID-19. Shogikyan announced this on his Facebook page.
“Dear loved ones, I have taken a coronavirus test, and I have been informed that the result is positive. I am feeling well and am currently waiting to be transferred to a quarantine facility. Stay healthy, everything will be fine. After coronavirus, THERE WILL BE LIFE,” he wrote.
It is noteworthy that Norayr Shogikyan is the first active journalist in Armenia to contract COVID-19.
